What are the Precautions for Pesticide Intermediates?

Feb. 26, 2020

As a Pesticide Intermediates Factory, share with you.

Overview:

Pesticide Intermediates is a product produced by processing agricultural raw materials. It is an intermediate medium that combines two or more substances. It can be understood as a synergist in pesticides, which is an intermediate material for the production of pesticides.

Common Types: Plant Growth Regulators: Amidoxyl Ester (DA-6), Clomicarbazone (KT-30), Sodium Nitrofen, 6-BA, Cytokinin, Alpha Naphthalene Acetate, 5-Nitrogua Insulin sodium, indole butyric acid, etc.

Pesticide intermediates can be understood as synergists in pesticides and are intermediate materials for the production of pesticides. That is, a product produced by processing agricultural raw materials is an intermediate medium that combines two or more substances. In China, pesticide intermediates can generally be divided into two categories, heterocyclic pesticide intermediates and fluorine-containing pesticide intermediates.

Precautions:

1. The pharmacy should be set up in a special warehouse for storage, and a special person is responsible. Each medicament is clearly labelled and stored in different categories based on the performance of the medicament. The product name, specifications, quantity, ex-factory life, storage time, and inventory are established.

2. Improve the distribution system. The variety and quantity of the medicines to be received shall be approved by the supervisor and the voucher of the medicine store shall be issued.

3. Once the medicament is received, the operation team should designate a special person to keep it and prepare it to prevent loss. After the operation is completed, the remaining medicament will be returned to the medicine store on the same day.

4. The medicine must be stored in a cool, ventilated, dry place and strictly isolated from food and water sources; fire and anti-theft; oil and emulsion must be antifreeze.

The packaging materials of the medicines are collected after one year and processed intensively. Don't throw them at random.

Selection guide for pesticide intermediates:

1.Environment friendly

The general law of the relationship between biodegradability and its molecular structure is as follows: the hydrophobic group has a high degree of linearity and is easily degraded; the length of the hydrophobic chain has an influence on the degradability; the short ethoxy chain is easily degraded; the distance between the sulfonic acid group and the hydrophobic group end is increased The benzene sulfonate is easily degraded. For anionic emulsifiers, alkyl sulfate (AS) is the most susceptible to degradation. The linear alkylbenzene sulfonate (LAS) chain length is most easily degraded at C6-C12. Alkyl chains are branched and the closer they are to the main chain, the more difficult it is to degrade. For non-ionic emulsifiers, short-chain alkyls, straight-chain alkyls, no phenolic groups in the molecule, PO and EO units are less easily degraded, and EO chains of the same length are easier to degrade than PO chains.

2.Security

The toxicity of anionic emulsifiers is relatively low. For AS, carbon numbers less than 8 or greater than 14 are less toxic than their congeners.

3. Mildness

The irritating order of some anionic emulsifiers to the skin: ABS (L AS)> AS> AOS (α-alkenyl sulfonate)> AES.
